The deal is done, excluding shareholder approval. The NR indicates that we are looking at the end of June before we have that all in place. It's taking a while, I hope it is all worth it. Jim certainly has always indicated that he felt it would be.

The only thing that worried me was the issuance of sufficient stock for the FAII people to up to 80% of the resultant company (post-merger). That would mean either a rollback or the potential to have somewhere in the 30M shares range outstanding and that's quite a few.
