ggamer, It looks like S and P is not ready to add a company like JDSU. Instead they added linear technology (or something like that). That company's revenues are less than JDSU but has positive net income and a P/E below 100.

They are sticking to value stocks for now; ie with P/E ratios. JDSU is probably an addition in the next few months but it will be hard to predict. I think it will catch everyone off guard when it does get added, the same way the AOL and Yahoo additions did.
