This is good news for SEBL share holders as most smaller software firms suffer from a growth curve that must take into account the friction of competition that comes from rapid growth. Charge to earnings, upgrade cycles, customer integration problems all combine to form a complexity that many management teams find unable to cope with. Thomas Siebel is a ORCL man so he most definitely understands this phenomenon. I am so fearful of this rapid growth curve that I am often too bearish. Management must show me the goods first even though I may be sacrificing potential windfall profits in the market. My hat is tipped to all you SEBL bulls who bought long ago and held. I do believe that ORCL will eventually dominate this business since they have an extremely large installed customer base and a superior customer service business. ORCL is so much larger than SEBL that you must have a lot of guts to stick with this company when the music starts to fade.
