Tom,

You tried to keep this thread alive before, lets ressurect your efforts. SMOD went into modified free fall the last couple of weeks, do you or anyone else no why? If it keeps up it will be in a buyable range once again, unless its suffering some terminal disease I'm unaware of. I just got their Prospectus and it looked OK but I am not sharp enough to always find the hidden flaws in those things. Any comments?
