Ted, <In that post, the first in this latest series, you ended it by saying "Tenchusatsu....who likes Intel innovation". Now that's the equivalent of me going to the Dell thread and signing off with "Ted who likes Gateway for the home and office".>
You didn't get the joke. Fuchi always ended his posts with "Fuchi, who loves Cyrix innovations." I was immitating what he used to say.
<You speak as if the only posters acting infantile are the AMD longs.>
No, definitely not. In fact, when I made the reference to the "infantile bantering," I was specifically referring to both sides. No need to mention names here.
<Its only been since AMD has had some successes and Intel some screw ups that there is more reasonableness in the exchange between the two threads. Ironically you were one of the more reasonable Intel posters last year but with each Intel slip up, your posts have become more strident, combative and harsh.>
Perhaps we're reading two different threads. What I see is that the AMD supporters on this thread (and those on the INTC thread) have become more strident, combative, and harsh because of AMD's successes. I guess if that's in retaliation to all of the crap this thread had to put up when AMD wasn't flying so high, then I can understand that.
But if my posts have become more hostile, well, I'm only reacting to those who have become more hostile toward me. (Or maybe I'm just reacting to those who have become more hostile toward Intel, and I'm just taking some of those posts a little too personally. I have a habit of doing that.)
