Earlie, you are of course "righter" than I was, I figured that a billion bucks comes from "smart" money, so they'll move to hedge and otherwise dispose of all these shares a little ahead of the deadline (why being caught in a storm when every one wants out at the same time?), but I was wrong and sold too early (no complaining, however) maybe the money is not that smart, and it is waiting for the conclusion of the conversion, hey, maybe the money is extremely smart and does not dispose of all these shares.
