Rande Is: Of the stocks you've listed, I particularly like GBLX and ICGE. GBLX is STILL well below its 52 wk high of $64 and remains a unique franchise, with international fiberoptic broadband capabilities and impressive web-hosting facilities which it will soon spin out as an IPO. It also remains the premier takeover candidate for some of the behemoth European telecom franschises such as Deutsche Telekom and Alcatel.

P.S. I hope some readers bought some LGTO when I recommended it at end of January at mid-to-high 20's. In seven weeks, it is nearly a double, with plenty of upside remaining.
