Here's a weird twist with the MASK/PLAB merger: Align-Rite International Shareholders Approve Proposed Merger With Photronics biz.yahoo.com Essentially is says MASK approved the merger (no news there), but the definitive agreement is extended to May 31, 2000. Christ, I'm getting tired of having my money tied up, and I thought early April was the agreed-upon time for it to complete. Grrrr. Steve
