This guy is top rate, I am impressed they snagged him. It will help the stock (as it has already today) but he's got his work cut out for him to turn First USA around. The rest of the bank businesses seem to still be firing on all cylinders, so as long as there isn't another misstep, it should recover, but how many quarters?

Of course, a new CEO may want to take another quarter to clean up some loose ends, which could be a disaster for the stock if they blow another quarter.
