Hey Wayne.I agree.I have tried to figure out the exchange but I give up.They have one stock as an example that goes up 75% and no halt and no NMC NR and another goes up 20% and it gets halted and they ask the company to do a NMC NR...No rhyme nor reason to any of it. The Osprey
