If MSFT gets the "book" thrown at it from Judge Penfield Jackson, can't they just drag out the appeal for years or is there the possibility of damage lawsuits from, say individuals forming a class, or former Netscape stockholders? It seems that the judge will really "stomp" them. I believe the stock move today reflects that, however, I believe that if MSFT stalls with an appeal, SUNW might temporarily reverse itself.
