eOn Communications Corporation(TM) Selected by ARO Contact Center; Will Provide Technology for Enhanced Customer Relationship Management

MEMPHIS, Tenn., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- eOn Communications Corporation
(NASDAQ:EONC) announced that ARO Contact Center of Kansas City, Missouri has
selected eOn's eQueue(TM) 4000 as the principal communications server platform
for its Customer Relationship Management Division. ARO Contact Center serves
clients nationally as a provider of outsourced CRM support, inbound and
outbound call program fulfillment, qualification and application capabilities,
and other voice and Web-based marketing and support services.
"Our job is to make voice and Web-facilitated commerce a successful
strategy for some of the largest Internet businesses and insurance companies
in America," said Lester Ham, President of ARO Contact Center
(www.callcenteroptions.com ). "For example, our in-house and remote agents
processed over 75,000 life insurance applications by phone in the past year.
With our new eOn server we will not only double the number of remote agents,
but will also be able to upgrade them from voice-only to fully integrated
voice, e-mail, fax and voicemail capability. We decided eOn had the best
technology to help us keep our customers' customers happy."
"The eQueue 4000 is ideally equipped to meet the 'no excuses' performance
standards of ARO Contact Center," said J. Michael O'Dell, President and CEO of
eOn. "Our open standards Linux operating system offers the features,
stability, flexibility and reliability required by companies such as ARO. The

relationship management professionals of ARO Call Center."
