Frank, are you short ZSUN shares? I don't really care, but it just seems like that's the only way you could be happy with the fact that outside of OIA ZSUN is a rinky dink lil non money making company. Worse is when you throw OIA in, since everyone has known ever since it was divulged in the 10SB, that for every dollar they make, OIA gets two shares of ZSUN stock, from Q299 through Q1 2000. So all that OIA profit is bad bad news for ZSUN shareholders, especially when you go back to the post that Frisky made where he showed that the stock is going to be taxable and so they will likely have to sell a large quantity to pay the IRS.
I guess I could also make the point that they didn't file financials with the SEC, but just put out a PR and promised to post them on their website. For awhile I thought ZSUN was moving to make itself look less scummy. Now they seem to be going back to last years methods. Putting out several PR's to spin financials. Very late financials, and then when they come, they promise them on the website and not to the SEC. Still no revised 10SB filed. Misleading(in my opinion) PR's, etc.
I commend the guys at OIA. Though we both know your growth is beginning to plateau, and the whole biz will be in bad shape if the economy ever hiccups, you have done very well for the past year, and your reward is a big big chunk of ZSUN. I bet you guys can't wait to distance yourself.
