The judge needn't render a punishment. All he needs to do is drop his gavel. He could even drop it accidentally. He just needs to say "Guilty Sons a Bitches!" (a mere formality at this point) and then there will be one big "US Trial Lawyers -v- Guilty Sons a Bitches" lawsuit and about a hundred more specific lawsuits involving individuals, corporations and groups (class action). --- This is all pretty much unrelated to M$ appeals. The appeals thing gets interesting. The assignment of the HEAD Fed appeals court judge as arbitrator was an ultimate insider move. M$ is going to get whacked. --- This stuff about 'political climate' is absolute nonsense. This crap has been going on since the Bush administration. If M$ weren't a monopoly, they'd just be a joke. -JCJ
