Somewhat OT, re: TV-PC convergence. Been following Sigma (SIGM) since the SNIC/SIGM joint announcement a few days ago. See this recent SIGM PR: biz.yahoo.com As these new TV-PC convergence appliances emerge, there will still be "old fashioned" TV's, DVD players and PC's out there. DVD will be one of the key common threads linking all of these devices, old and new, together. SNIC's DVD technology is well-positioned to catch this new wave, while still providing a "tow" to existing devices. The importance of the authoring tools is obvious, but I believe the streaming DVD capability is the ultimate. All IMHO.
