Thank you for the reply. Certainly makes sense. I will synthesize your reply with all the other information I'm collecting before I jump in, and act accordingly :-)

One other thing I've kind of been wrestling with. If one is writing ATM CC's (or close to), and getting called out frequently, isn't your premium being "eroded" by having to buy back the cover stock, at a higher price, to rewrite in the following month?
