M~Wave Recommended for ISO 9002 Certification;
Also Announces New Marketing, Internet Personnel

BENSENVILLE, Ill., March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- M~Wave, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWAV - news), a manufacturer of microwave
printed circuits used in wireless communications, has been recommended for ISO 9002 Certification by Underwriters
Laboratories, Inc., in Northbrook, Ill. ISO 9002 is an international standard for compliance with a manufacturing quality
system that is recognized through out the world.

``M~Wave was selected by Lucent Technologies, our largest customer, to supply microwave printed circuits for use in their
wireless power amplifiers
and ISO 9002 certification is a requirement for continued and future business,' said Joseph A.
Turek, chairman and chief executive officer. ``This accomplishment represents a necessary milestone in M~Wave's drive to
meet its growth projections.'

In February 2000, the company announced that it expects to exceed 1999 revenues by up to 100 percent, with sales
revenues ranging from $15,000,000 to $25,000,000. This expectation is based on increased sales estimates from the
company's larger customers that use M~Wave's patented bonding technology, Flexlink II(TM), which allows an economical
method for producing power amplifiers used in wireless communications.

``To continue fueling growth through new business, and building business with existing customers through improved access,
service, and convenience, we are hiring individuals to help drive our sales, marketing, and information technology,' said
Turek. ``We have hired an internal Salesperson and also a marketing coordinator. Their responsibilities are to rebuild our
Internet web site, improve our business-to-business capabilities, and create a new method of 'virtual' manufacturing.'

Also joining M-Wave is a materials manager, whose primary responsibility will be to reduce procurement costs and increase
efficiency through the use of proven buying practices and effective supply chain management.

This news release contains predictions, estimates and other forward-looking statements that involve a number of risks and
uncertainties. While this outlook represents our current judgement on the future direction of the business, such risks and
uncertainties could cause actual results to differ materially from any future performance suggested above. Factors that could
cause actual results to differ include the following: dependence on suppliers and subcontractors for circuit board
components; successful award of contracts under bid; a highly competitive environment; design and production delays;
cancellation or reductions of contract orders; effective utilization of existing and new manufacturing resources; pricing
pressures by key customers; and other factors detailed in the company's Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

Headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Bensenville, Ill., M~Wave is a manufacturer of microwave printed circuit boards
worldwide through its wholly owned subsidiary Poly Circuits. M~Wave's products are used in a variety of industrial and
military applications. The Company trades on the Nasdaq SmallCap market under the symbol ``MWAV.' Visit the
