ICICI Bank ADS priced at $11 - official Tuesday March 28, 8:03 am Eastern Time BOMBAY, March 28 (Reuters) - India's ICICI Bank on Tuesday priced its American Depositary Shares (ADS) at $11 each making it the first bank in the country to issue equity in the U.S. market. ``The ADS have been priced at $11,' H.N. Sinor, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICICI Bank told Reuters by telephone from New York. The ADS will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
