( BW)(CA-DIGITAL-ISLAND)(ISLD)(ACUC) Digital Island and All Communications Announce Agreement to Deliver Videoconferencing

Business Editors/High-Tech Writers

SAN FRANCISCO and HILLSIDE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 2000--

New Relationship Will Combine Strengths in Global

Infrastructure and Expertise to Migrate Videoconferencing

from Traditional Telecommunications Networks to IP

Digital Island, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISLD), a leading Global e-Business Delivery Network, and All Communications Corporation (OTC BB:ACUC), announced today a relationship in which All Communications will use Digital Island's infrastructure and network services, and the companies will mutually refer customers to each other.

By working with Digital Island, All Communications will gain a competitive advantage by migrating its new videoconferencing service to an IP (Internet Protocol) network. This service is believed to be the first to support videoconferencing on a global IP network, rather than more traditional approaches that use private corporate networks or ISDN.

The new service will support both H.323 and H.320 videoconferencing over a single network, offering a guaranteed high quality of service (QoS), reduced transmission costs in most cases, and improved ease of use compared to many current alternatives.

The service will be marketed by Wire One Technologies, Inc., the company to be formed upon completion of the merger between All Communications and View Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq:VUTK).

"Digital Island's e-Business Delivery Network has demonstrated its ability to give end users a guaranteed, fast and reliable experience for streaming and dynamic media," said Ruann F. Ernst, chairman and CEO of Digital Island.

"Our relationship with All Communications leverages our infrastructure and industry-leading Service Level Agreements to bring the benefits of an IP infrastructure to videoconferencing. We are pleased to be working with All Communications and its venture, Wire One, in this new market opportunity."

"Digital Island and All Communications share a common vision on how a distributed architecture can most effectively deliver videoconferencing on a large scale," said Richard Reiss, president and CEO of All Communications.

"As videoconferencing moves to a business-critical application, our corporate, government and educational customers see the value in this new relationship. The team of Digital Island and All Communications will combine their respective strengths to bring that value to the marketplace."
