Pezz-

I feel as if I'm hitting my head against a brick wall here but...

1. Many, many people take occasional baths with infants and very young children-- particularly when they are sick.
I don't mean to sound sarcastic, but I don't think seeing a girlfriend occasionally bathing her child from outside the tub is much of a basis for anything.
I was a Child Protective Services worker as well as the parent of two so have some experience in the field.
Real abuse is a completely different issue.

2. It is a medically approved practice to bathe a feverish child in tepid, not cold water, to bring the fever down.
