Well actually there is some justification for my ranting. They just got out of a no insider sale period into earnings release. A new equity issue on the table could likely lock them back up again. It is the timing of the call/conversion that is curious - they had plenty of time to do it in a few weeks. And it doesn't seem like they are in any big hurry for new cash .... which means massive upgrades to the existing lines and Lehi are not in the cards.
