Economic data for Tuesday, March 28, 2000 Consumer Confidence for March = 136.7 vs 140.8 in Feb. crc-conquest.org March 28...For the second consecutive month, The Conference Board's Consumer Confidence Index fell in March. The Index now stands at 136.7 (1985=100), down from 140.8 in February. The March decline was caused by a dip in the Expectations Index, which fell to 106.2, down from 114.6 in February.
