Donna, LPTHA is already publicly traded. . .however, part of the original speculation that got me interested in LPTHA back in November was the possibility of LightChip IPO. A.T. & T. and LPTHA own LightChip. And as of today, LPTHA's CEO, Robert Ripp [formerly the CEO of AMP], is now on the board of directors of LightChip. So perhaps the LightChip / IPO rumor was mis-stated. . . As for truth to the rumor. . .there has been no official word from the company. . .we have speculated on it now for about 4 months. . .and anyone claiming to have info about such a move, would be sharing insider info. . .which I don't want to know, as I trade LPTHA regularly and don't want that spoiled. . . Only the company can confirm such a rumor. Hope that helps, Rande Is
