INFORMATION WEB SITES

TULSA, Okla., Mar 28, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Corporate
Vision, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVIA) acquires internet search engine
Seek-N-Search.Com located on the internet at seek-n-search.com.
CVIA also has pending the purchase of a free e-mail web site located at
ireplymail.com.

President and CEO Keith A. Anderson issued the following statement,
"Corporate Vision recently negotiated the sale of several of CVIA's
internet sites: IPOSITE.com/net, Car-shopping.com and
Masterpiece-auction.com/net. We felt that our holdings in these former
internet sites had become restrictive, limiting CVIA to certain sectors
or internet groups. As a holding company, we feel our internet holdings
should participate across the lines of any one market sector while
allowing for an expanded user base with diversified interests. As the
internet and e-commerce evolves and as fulfillment services are
streamlined, we may once again enter into retail internet market
sectors. Seek-n-search.com and ireplymail.com are initial sites for
which CVIA has negotiated purchase. We will be announcing a third
internet site in the near future."

Mr. Anderson continued, "CVIA will begin an intensive reprogramming
campaign of these sites in order to better reflect the intended usage
as an internet search engine, free e-mail and web portal. We have
entered into exploratory talks with an internet web browser designer to
determine if both are possible candidates to become a compatible web
portal and home page for their web browser users. Corporate Vision,
through these acquisitions, will realize all revenues generated by
these internet sites."
