how useful is one day's short volume from one mo the next? Hi Victor, the short interest # is collected and reported once a month...on the 15th(as of Eod's balance) of each month and is reported 8 trading days after the 15th. Pls go to www.Nasdaq.com, under short interest for charts/details. I think that's the best site for it...from the horse's mouth. <g>
