You have overstated the potential market by around a factor of 3. Dataquest has the entire DRAM market (PCs and all other applications peaking at around $66Bn a couple of years out. Assuming RDRAM (in all applications) is 66% of the market, and controllers are the other 34% - makes the maths easy, then the total is around $100Bn Ian
