I'm curious as to where the shares to pay the new PR firm came from, absent a vote to authorize new shares.

I expect HITT to file a form NT on Friday. I believe it is quite possible that auditors won't sign off on the 10k. Absent an audited 10K, next stop is the stink sheets.
