It may be only UP or sideways for MSFT from here. With at least 1.68 trailing EPS (based on 41c this Q) the stock at 60 PE would command 101. Whispers calls for 45c or 1.72 which tells me 104 as a bottom. I think MSFT will actually report close to 50c or will have about 1.77 in trailing EPS or the stock will have a bottom of 107. If a settlement and blow out earnings were to happen the valuation will expand. If not I see a bottom of 107 or so. 105 is still cheap. If settlement falls apart I think the 107 base will hold.
