<<IARC>>

Did a little quick fishing around. 1st, looks like most of the selling was small retail investors. Investor interest seemed to be more buying then selling. Looks like the mm's cleared out some stops, but right at the close, we had some nice big buys come in...one 50,000 lot.

I've also heard that there was high demand for the private placement...lots of investor interest.....and a possible move to a larger, more mainstream bank.

Mind you, all this is speculative, as is everything with IARC. One thing I can tell you, the IARC ride will not be a boring one. We could be at $5, or $80 next month.......personally, I like what they are doing and feel they will be one of the great stories of 2000, but there are no guarantee's. I will continue to be a buyer on any dips.

Goodluck
