David, Regardless of whether it's software or return on investment in an IPO, it still means either positive or negative EPS. If a company grows earnings what difference does the product make. In tssw's case the product is getting in at a huge discount to IPO price and participating in that companies management to sustain share price then selling down the road to reap profit.
