THCG announced today that its managed venture capital fund Walnut Growth Partners,LP owns 766,500 shares of webMethods,Inc.(WEBM).

The other headline on Dow Jones Headline news, was that the THCG value of its WEBM investment is worth 38.2 million.

Based on WEBM's closing price of 246 3/8,if you multiply times the 766,500 shares, you get 188 million eight hundred forty six thousand value.
Can someone explain the conflict in the company's valuation of 38.2 million, and my simple math?

THCG says that WEBM is one of the 15 venture portfolio investments that THCG's affiliated fund (THCG Venture Partners I and WGP)have made since 1997.In addition THCG has economic interests in an additional 14 Internet and technology companies that it has either acquired on its' own, throuh its wholly owned subsidiary Tower Hill Securities INC.,by acquisition of Mercury Coast Inc.,as a result of the merger with Walnut Financial Services Inc.,and/or in the form of warrants received in connection with its Venture Banking and Venture Development Activities.

IS THIS STOCK A SLEEPER OR WHAT?
