Hi David,

Since you asked.... I thought I would jump in and offer my 2 cents. My bottom line is I'm holding, and on every opportunity I get I'm buying more.

Unfortunately, I was not able to attend the special meeting, but because of all the tremendous due diligence that so many have performed on this company, I'm as convinced as ever to keep this as a long term core holding. Personally, I'd like to believe that your broker friend is being conservative in his year end estimates. Let's hope so :)

On a positive side of all this is the fact that I've felt from my first purchase almost a year ago that I would have WEB as a long term hold. For me that means less capital gains taxes, which obviously makes me happy. Sure I would like to see the price go up instead of down, but we all know that will happen soon enough.

NSI has solid plans established for this year and next year, all of which are built to increase shareholder value. They have clearly demonstrated sound management decisions and acted on those decisions. The timing may not be quick enough for those looking to make a quick buck, but the strategy has been laid out and the tactical implementation is now well underway.

I guess you could say that I'm long in WEB and will remain so throughout the year. I have no doubt that I have made the right decision. Gee, I guess I should continue to thank Denise who first turned me on to WEB... Thanks Denise. And thanks to my good friend Crazy Canuck for the extra miles he has put into the continuing DD of WEB.

Regards,
Barry
