Ausdauer, I read that same article today at the library. What surprised me was the dig on flash that it couldn't handle the writes over time. I thought SNDK guarantees against this problem. How does FLSH (Disk on a Chip) get around the "fatigue" problem? Didn't the article make some aggressive predictions about the size of the MRAM market surpassing SRAM market by 2002?
