Hmmm, so maybe there is a future for solar energy and sensibly-sized, fuel-efficient vehicles. Wouldn't the US be cool if it could just tell the oil-wealthy nations "Sorry, we don't need as much oil this year as we did last year..."? Makes me wonder if I should get the new Ford Exhibition, or just drop down to the fuel-efficient Forerunner.

On Topic: I like MSFT's offering of allowing other applications to be freely integrated by PC sellers. As for unbundling the browser, duh, why not offer that? I believe I'm not conned by MSFT when I say it's a better browser (IMHO) -- and I install Netscape as well, for times when it happens to handle a situation better.
