Joe Strahl is listed as the CEO of Keystates Holdings. Here's a brief overview of Mr. Strahl's background -

Joe Strahl worked as a prison concessionaire in Illinois in the 1980's; before that he had a grocery store and a comedy club/tavern.

In the mid-1990's Strahl got an idea to cater to his captive audience with a magazine called "Prison Life". There was hype and publicity and things looked good for a couple of years. It was published in New York and the first issue featured Charles Manson. Strahl managed to keep it going for about three years and just before it went bankrupt he sold to someone, and the rest is history at this point. There are some NY tax liens against him.

Joe Strahl is involved with numerous companies, among them:
www.MrTrademark.com.
www.MrExport.com and
www.dontneedalawyer.com

Ellen M. Varner is listed as president of these three New Jersey web sites. She and Joe live together in Jersey City, and they have a business address in New York.

So how does Strahl end up as CEO of KeyStates Holdings? It may be because he and Bill Black are organizers of a company called Trademark and Data Research LLC. This company is also known as www.MrTrademark.com

If anyone would like copies of public records this information is extracted from, feel free to PM me.
