Mani Re: I am planning on buying a house 100% cash! Mani, This is not a bad idea by any means. I took a loan on my house, therefore, I can use about $10,000 a year to offset my gains in AMD. How is it an advantage to pay cash for a house? Besides the obvious reasons of being debt free, which may be enough. But are there any other advantages? Joe Friday
