I think the ratio comes out to be around 0.5

shares sold at ipo 360 millions
10% for employee 231 millions
shares for distribution 1719 millions
---------------------------
Total 2310 millions

1719 / 3200 = 0.537

That means each 100 T will get 54 shares of AWE
