Please correct me if I am wrong, but didn't the rule 701 changes made last May prohibit shares for services type transactions for consulting and promoting ? As I remember reading the rule change it had a non-grandfather clause to prohibit existing aggrements from being continued. For some reason this rule change has NOT been enforced at all. I know I personnally sent 20 or so complaints to the SEC regarding this last year until I finally gave up expecting action.
