Collectible Concepts Group Announces Letter of Intent With Rooter Rattle Sports Specialty Company
DOYLESTOWN, Pa., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- COLLECTIBLE CONCEPTS GROUP, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGR) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire ROOTER RATTLE SPORTS SPECIALTY COMPANY, of Wayne, Pa.
Rooter Rattle Sports Specialty Company was formed in 1992 by its president James Onufrak. Rooter Rattle produces licensed sports novelties of Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, National Professional Soccer League, American Hockey League, East Coast Hockey League, Class of 2000 and Arena Indoor Football.
CCGR's national sales manager, Peter Brown, states, "The addition of Rooter Rattle's products to our existing products line is an excellent fit for distribution of both companies' products. We plan to add other licenses and further distribution to dramatically increase sales of Rooter Rattle products.
Rooter Rattle had sales of approximately $840,000 last year and currently has 900 active accounts at venues including stadiums and retail outlets.
The product line includes the Rooter Rattle (fan rattle), hair accessories, apparel and novelties.
