MINNEAPOLIS, March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Perceptions, Inc. (Nasdaq: NETP) today announced it is addressing the need for integrated personalization solutions in the telecommunications industry by entering into an agreement with SBC Communications (NYSE: SBC) to install Net Perceptions 1:1 realtime personalization technology in areas of SBC's call centers operations. SBC will use Net Perceptions for Call Centers 2.0 software to instantly deliver personalized product and service recommendations to its customers.
