I do have a DYT position as a result of prior employment. The company has been through a significant management change and business reorganization and has retained as the core business a good growth telcom test business (sale of test gear to RBOC's, long-haul carriers, gov't and other telcom customers for testing sonet, ATM, ISDN, etc. on the WAN side). This business, fueled by increased telcom traffic and greater bandwidth requirements (internet, intranet, corp. commun.) should continue strong for forseable future - growth in year ended Mar. 97 was 23%. Secondary business is specialty communication/computer businesses geared to commercial customers. This is a relatively high margin series of products which have also been growing at double digits. Sells currently at approx. 18X recurring operating EPS - year just ended. Trend since reorg. has been consistent growth with latest year earnings up 47% on a 24% sales increase. Solid balance sheet.
