Company Press Release

Stockscape.com Technologies Inc. Makes Announcement

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 2000--Stockscape.com
Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:STKSF - news).

The following letter was addressed to all shareholders of the Company on March 23, 2000.

Although we expect to be mailing the 1999 Annual Report and all the associated Annual General Meeting documentation
before the end of April, there have been so many positive developments that I thought it might be timely to bring you
up-to-date on some of the more significant items.

Your company is growing at an extremely rapid rate. As previously reported, sales for 1999 showed an increase of 388%
over 1998 and we envisage at least a doubling of revenues in 2000. However, many of you, although pleased with this trend,
have enquired when we can anticipate profits. Based on the projected growth of our existing business, we are aiming for at
least a break-even by the fourth quarter of this year. However, if we are successful in concluding the proposed acquisition of
an established and profitable database management company, there could be an immediate impact on the bottom line.

We will keep shareholders fully apprised of developments.

The expansion of our existing business is, naturally enough, being accompanied by an upgrading of our computer hardware
and server systems. In the long run this will enable Stockscape to provide a more comprehensive and reliable service. In the
short term, however, the changeover has caused some disruption which should be cleared up by the end of March. The
installation of the new equipment is a prerequisite of the introduction of the next generation website at www.stockscape.com
which will not only present a vital change in appearance, but will be much easier to navigate and will have a very much
wider range of services. The inaugural date for the home page is March 31, and the complete service is now expected to be
launched by the end of April.

The first ten weeks of the new millennium have witnessed a very active and upward trending market for the shares of your
company. The closing price at January 3, 2000 was U.S.$0.65. Since then a total of over 10 million shares have traded with a
high of US$2.00 and a closing price of US$1.66 on March 17. This vigorous trading and the high level of liquidity which it
represents is most encouraging.

All these issues will be addressed in greater detail in the Annual Report. In the meantime, I would like to repeat my invitation
to you to visit our website at www.stockscape.com and to encourage your friends and associates to do the same. You might

Sincerely,

(SIGNED)
