Very different approach with the options then the pure trading of stock. But i understand that your main theme is more fundamentally oriented and as long as the story is intact for you you continue holding the stock. Good to see this kind of approach. I get lost in the short term technical picture and sell good stocks only to see them go up without me.

re VLNC: if it bounces here it might form a right shoulder of a head and shoulder pattern...just an idea.
