Spirit, I love your value picks. . . especially those on the side of tech. . .LOR, CPQ, UIS, IBM, etc. But much money has been made here buying breakouts. . .in fact, perhaps most of the gains I have ever made were by buying breakouts and holding them. So while we like buying bottoms. . .we also buy tops on certain issues at certain times of the year. And it is the simultaneous COMBINATION of plays that reduces the risk. Rande Is
