They were talking about legal liability and the internet. In GEM's case, they were talking about companies suing posters on message boards, and what is the host's liability. Gem was speaking to a law firm ahead of launching the site, to get the most up-to-date info. They did say last night, that our host here, recieves an average of a subpoena a day!!!
