13G filed by Rick Scott and family and F. Stephen Allen. Scott was the driving force behind COL and is now in the investment business. The only other filing I have seen is where they accumulated a large position in Cyberguard @1.50 which is now 12. These guys seem to be pretty good at sniffing out value. With SWS announcement they hired Bear Stearns to look at their options Scott and Allen must see some real value. This company could be 65-70 soon.
