ConSyGen Introduces Its Mobile Commerce Technology, BizPay(TM) And
BizPayMobile(TM) to the International Market

TEMPE, Ariz., Mar 29, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ConSyGen, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: CSGI) (www.consygen.com), announced today the signing of a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Notremos Corporation
(www.notremos.com.au), an Australian company specializing in Internet business
development in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. The two companies have agreed
to pursue a joint venture in regards to the rollout of ConSyGen's proprietary
Mobile Commerce software BizPay to the Australian Market as well as a strategy
for further international implementation.

The companies intend to deploy a complete Internet based payment system in
Australia this summer. BizPay(TM) will provide a secure Person-to-Person (P2P)
and Business to Consumer (B2C) payment mechanism and, in the future Business to
Business (B2B), which will be available to over 6 million current Australian
Internet users and merchants. Consumers will now be secure in knowing that it is
not necessary to disclose their credit card information on the Internet for
purchases or payments.

Merchants will benefit from the increased confidence consumers will have in
online transactions. BizPay(TM) will enable merchants to accept credit card
payments without having a credit card merchant account. Historically, anyone
with a credit card or debit card was able to participate on the payment side of
a transaction, but not necessarily on the acceptance side of a transaction. With
ConSyGen's BizPay(TM) software solution merchants and individuals can now accept
any form of electronic payment without having a traditional merchant credit card
account. This solution opens the door for full participation in Internet
Commerce for both consumer and merchant. Several other companies, including
X.COM(TM) and PayPal(TM), are using a variation of P2P payment/acceptance
methods.

BizPayMobile(TM), which will use WAP and Bluetooth(TM) standards and technology,
will be released later this year. BizPayMobile(TM) will allow consumers as well
as merchants to conduct commerce on wireless devices such as mobile phones and
Personal Digital Assistants (PDA). "What will make BizPayMobile(TM) a unique
product is that it's not only a consumer payment solution, but it will also be a
merchant payment acceptance solution," said ConSyGen's Vice President of
Business Development, John Roskelley. "More and more merchants will be wireless
device enabled in their stores, moving transactions away from the traditional
cash registers and credit/debit card-reading terminals. We will enable merchants
with a wireless solution allowing them to finalize a consumer purchase anywhere
within their store," said Roskelley.

Notremos' principals have a breadth of experience in online businesses, retail
and investment banking and draw upon the deep experience base of their advisory
board. These Advisors and Principals have strong global associations and are
well connected in the international business arena. Richard Somerton, founder of
Notremos stated, "We're very pleased with what we've seen and discussed with
ConSyGen. We're very confident this approach will provide an enormous boost to
Internet Commerce and will be remarkably successful in Australia and throughout
Asia."

"This is a very exciting day for ConSyGen," said Jason Genet, ConSyGen's
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. "This MOU validates
everything we've been working on for the past several months and is proof
positive that we're on the mark from an Internet strategy and business
development standpoint." Genet also said, "Under this agreement both parties
will evaluate the potential for BizPay(TM) Australia, and having BizPay(TM) as
the preferred payment solution on the Web."

Lewis Burridge, ConSyGen's President and CEO stated, "ConSyGen is showing its
ability to execute on some tremendous development efforts and is looking forward
to fostering this new business relationship with Notremos into a mutually
beneficial venture."
