This thread shows up as one of the most active on Silicon Investor. In view of the overwhelming negative comments on the market here, I take some comfort (being a contrarian). The reality of this market- 75 million baby boomers are inheriting money from their parents and liquidating CD's for purposes of investing in stocks, growth stocks to fund their retirement programs. Go back and see what baby boomer demand for homes did to home prices since the mid 70's. This market boom could go on for years.
