George that e-mail address for the SEC does not work, can you post it again. I will agree with you about CLYC, this stock is not going any where until it starts behaving like a real Nasdaq stock does. I don't care if it is a BB stock, in my opinion it's just an excuse. CLYC still should try and follow what the Nasdaq requirements are and be responsable and report any news to its share holders regarding earnings. After all, they are going to try for a listing on the Nasdaq, they mide as well start behaving like they are listed. I will not put any of my $ back into this stock until it starts behaving like a real company. CLYC can only cry wolf so many times before people stop listening. It's time for this company to put up or shut up. cf
