Well, Bruce thanks for the update. I am curious why you have chosen to avoid response on the more substantive issue of listing commission expense on the sales of your private placement of $120,000 but list no reselling agent as required by the Form D. That looks to me like you are anticipating using a sales agent. Please explain, if you are and why you haven't listed them. If there is no anticipated sales agent then how is it that you can even associate those expenses with this offering or know what they might be?
